Family Class

Our family class is a great opportunity for parents to join their children on a wonderful life changing journey. Many times parents just accept the fact they will be their child's cheerleader and encourager in life. This class gives parents an opportunity to pair up and get fit with your children. Kick pads, learn self defense, laugh and play together. It is vitally important for parents to remember that growing up doesn't mean you have to grow old. Growing old is a mindset and causes parents to live in the past or in the land of "when". I'll get in shape when the kids are out of school, when my job hours change, I'll make time to spend time with the family when I am out of debt. The land of "when" is occupied by old people and surrounded by dreams lying in fields of regret.
